Boost your team's health and morale with a unique well-being experience combining a group run and an expert-led talk. The 60-minute session features a cardiologist and seasoned city runners sharing insights on heart health, sustainable activity, and everyday motivation. The journey continues with family-friendly weekend runs at 2–3 different paces, making it easy and enjoyable for everyone to join in and keep moving.

What we do
💪 60 min talk to on health benefits and methods for building heathy habits
👩‍⚕️ can be supported by a professional cardiologist speaker
🏃 A sports day with 2-3 family friendly guided runs from super easy to medium, we aim to start near the office and lead the groups to show best parts of the city for running experience. Warm up, 30-50 min run, cooldown.
🥨 🍉 runs are designed to end with some nice food / drink experience to reward the effort and allow everyone to enjoy the moment together
🧢 we can help organising branded merch for employees with our partners
